Until you have a clear understanding of your property's size, shape, and location, we can’t fully determine the best home design for you. Whether you already own a lot or need assistance finding one, Cardosa Development is here to help.

Property Considerations:

View: We’ll orient your home to maximize the best views and natural settings.

House Direction: We consider the direction your home faces (NSEW) to optimize the floor plan and design.

Sun Exposure: We assess sun exposure to enhance your home, pool, and landscaping plans.

Site Elevation: We ensure the property is “high and dry” or build it up accordingly. We also conduct soil testing for foundation suitability.
