Built on a Foundation Passed Down
Noel Cardosa was born in Cuba and raised right here in Tampa, a city he has watched grow, evolve, and boom over his entire life. Construction wasn't a career he chose. It was something he inherited.
From a young age, Noel was on job sites working alongside his father, Danilo, a seasoned builder whose hands-on expertise and commitment to quality set the standard for everything Cardosa Development does today. Noel didn't learn construction in a classroom. He learned it the real way: doing the work, making the calls, and understanding that every decision made on a job site ends up living in someone's home for decades.
After 15+ years in the field, Noel founded Cardosa Development with one goal: to build the kind of homes that Tampa deserves, without the shortcuts, the handoffs, and the builder-grade mediocrity that defines most of the new construction flooding this market right now.
